Wion AI, remote
I lead model selection, orchestration design and deployment for the company's AI stack. Most of the work is multi agent systems built on OpenAI and Claude models, and deciding what ships by weighing answer quality against cost and latency.
Nokia, Vimercate
Enterprise IT for users in Italy, France and Switzerland. I work through Active Directory and access problems, DNS, VPN and certificate faults, and API issues on Nokia's AMS platform. When a fault is systemic I escalate it to engineering with the evidence, I manage vendors such as Lenovo, Dell, HP and Palo Alto Networks, and I contribute to internal LLM and machine learning work on incident data.
Neurab Cognitive Recovery, Milan
I built a domain specific assistant for cognitive recovery, from dataset curation to deployment. I fine tuned small open source models, grounded every answer with a FAISS retrieval pipeline, and shipped it fully offline with no dependency on cloud APIs.
My own practice, Milan
I scope, build and run software for clients under my own Italian VAT registration. That covers AI systems, web platforms and the infrastructure they run on.
Choosing and fine tuning language models, designing multi agent workflows, prompt design, and evaluating output quality against cost and latency before anything ships.

I started in mechanical engineering and moved into AI and software. The engineering training still shapes how I work: understand the whole system, find the constraint, then fix that.
I am completing an MSc in Artificial Intelligence for Science and Technology at Università degli Studi di Milano Bicocca, and I hold mechanical engineering degrees from Anhui University of Science and Technology and Yunnan Technology and Business University.
